Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Senior Operator located in KINFRA Palghat. The Production Senior Operator will be responsible for smooth operations in extraction section, overseeing production lines, maintaining quality control standards, and effective communication with the team. Additional responsibilities include training junior operators and ensuring smooth production processes. Qualifications 2 to 3yrs Experience in Solvent extraction plant / Botanical extracts / essential oils Experience in manufacturing of Turmeric extract, Rosemary, Black pepper extract etc., Good Communication skills Training and mentoring abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively Previous experience in Spray drying/ Spray dried products or related industries is a plus Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / ITI or equivalent; additional technical certifications are beneficial
