Job Description As a Senior Operations Manager at Aimlay, a global educational and writing support service platform, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the counseling team and global university partners, optimizing resource allocation, handling logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a university relations strategy aligned with the company's workforce planning and early talent goals. - Utilize your experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership to drive success. - Demonstrate skills in project management, strategic planning, and decision-making to achieve operational objectives. - Engage in strategic communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective teamwork. - Utilize your exposure to university relationship management, including UG/PG/PhD/DBA programs, to build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, faculty, career services, and student organizations.
