Senior Operations Executive

The job involves preparing and sharing daily Balance Cargo Reports with the team to track and monitor cargo effectively. You will also be responsible for sending daily Dispatch Reports to clients, maintaining communication through emails or calls to meet their requirements. Coordinating with the chartering team for upcoming vessel schedules and sharing cargo details for dispatch planning is another key aspect of the role. In terms of compliance management, you will need to update Part B and extended e-way bills as necessary to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, email management forms a crucial part of the job where you will be required to monitor emails, consult with relevant teams, and respond promptly and professionally.
