You will also be involved in vessel scheduling, preparing load lists, giving on board pre-alerts, following up on shipments, and giving approval to surveyors for the release of form 13/movement. Coordinating with feeders will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service, and the ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software will be advantageous for this position.
