Senior Operations Associate

We are hiring for the role of Senior Operations Associate | Noida Hub and Greater Noida Hub to lead the Operations & Maintenance of Freedo Rentals- the shared mobility arm of Hero Motocorp.

As a Senior Operations Associate, you will

• Lead the team of operations associates
• Assign the operational task to the team and take follow-ups
• Make a report of daily operations and share it with the management
• Daily asset audit
• Handling customer issues and maintaining good relations with them
• Managing office environment and admin work
• Ensure the vehicle's health, safety, and documentation
• Excel Proficient

We are looking for self motivated, customer centric candidate with experience of 1+ years in the domain of Operations and maintenance. Experience from two wheeler rentals or automotive domain is an add-on.
