Senior Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Setup inbound/outbound file routing jobs based on requests from internal and external business and technical teams - Establish monitoring jobs, alerts, and notifications to relevant distribution lists as per requirements - Collaborate with other groups to integrate security measures into all delivery jobs - Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and investment managers to set up FTP accounts and connectivity - Utilize key file delivery tools to identify and address failed and missing files promptly - Respond to file alerts, taking effective action to resolve highlighted issues - Keep the user community informed by providing regular updates on file issues, delays, and expected timelines - Escalate issues to management with clear recommendations and solutions - Develop ad-hoc solutions and workarounds for short-term file movement facilitation - Support management in implementing process and system improvement initiatives - Drive initiatives to reduce manual work, improve feed quality, and minimize errors and alerts - Collaborate with connectivity group to streamline processes and enhance end-to-end user experience - Stay updated on Data Management policies, trends, and emerging themes, sharing relevant information with the team - Perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs Qualifications: - 3+ years of MS SQL Server Administration experience - Previous exposure in the financial services industry or as a consultant - Operational role experience is highly desirable - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Expertise in querying databases using SQL - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline - Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, vendors, and brokers - Skill in explaining complex concepts to various types of users - Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Additional Details: At Citco, your well-being is a top priority, and the organization offers a range of benefits, training, education support, and flexible working arrangements to support your career growth while maintaining a balance with personal needs.
