Senior Operation Manager

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of our health care facility. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily operations across departments to ensure efficient delivery of patient care, leading, mentoring, and supervising administrative and clinical staff, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred), a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a health care setting, proven leadership and organizational skills, a strong understanding of health care regulations and best practices, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Health Administration (MHA), MBA in Health Care Management, or a related field (master's preferred), certification in health care management, and experience in managing multi-specialty or large-scale facilities.
