Role & responsibilities Position Summary: The Senior Officer Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales for the fashion brand. The role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the brands image and goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Planning & Execution Assist in developing integrated marketing plans (online and offline). Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and promotional events. Coordinate with creative and media teams to develop campaign assets. 2. Digital / Online Marketing Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns: Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube). Google Ads and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). SEO optimization of brand website and content. Email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives. Affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations. Support the eCommerce marketing team to drive sales on the brands website and marketplaces. 3. Offline Marketing Assist in planning and execution of offline campaigns: Retail store marketing (visual merchandising, in-store promotions). Outdoor media (hoardings, banners, print ads). PR and media coordination. Events, exhibitions, and fashion shows. 4. Coordination & Communication Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and influencers. Work with internal teams such as: Sales for campaign alignment. Visual Merchandising for retail marketing. Product for new launches. 5. Reporting & Analysis Monitor and track campaign performance. Generate reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. 6. Budget Assistance Assist in managing the marketing budget. Ensure timely processing of marketing spends and invoices. 7. Market Research Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Provide inputs on new marketing ideas and emerging trends. Preferred candidate profile Job Specifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field. A diploma/certification in Digital Marketing is a strong advantage. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing roles in the apparel/fashion industry. Proven experience in handling both online and offline campaigns. Experience with eCommerce marketing is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of fashion marketing and consumer trends. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools). Strong eye for visual and creative content. Good understanding of offline marketing and retail promotion techniques. Analytical skills and experience in reporting and performance analysis. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication.
