Job Description

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking, your main purpose is to acquire and build a diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment. You will be responsible for generating revenue from various sources such as assets, trade, cash, treasury, and fees while ensuring a healthy income with acceptable risk levels for the bank. Your role will involve adhering to lending guidelines, sourcing new asset relationships, and increasing profitability for the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Source New to Bank Asset relationships within IBG 4 Segment aligned to Bank Lending Policy - Ensure good Net Interest Income and fee generation across the portfolio - Play a key role in increasing the Profitability of the Branch - Proper monitoring of Portfolio to maintain delinquencies at NIL - Execute IBG4 business strategy to increase market share and achieve targets - Build DBS Brand Value and enhance network through marketing activities - Comply with the Banks process & policies and ensure positive ratings during audits - Conduct Due diligence while on-boarding New Asset Relationships - Cross Sell Liability, Trade, Cash, and Treasury Products actively - Achieve Budgeted revenues through all product parameters - Constantly monitor the Portfolio and ensure Timely Renewals - Adhere to KYC/AML requirements and provide MIS reports - Be in touch with local business stakeholders to stay updated on market practices Qualifications Required: - Overall 3-5 years of experience in sales with 2 years in SME/Business Banking Lending - Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment - Knowledge of competitors and marketplace - Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment - Bachelor's in finance/economics/commerce or MBA or CA Additional Details: DBS is committed to fostering a culture where all employees are valued and respected.
