Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior Office 365 Engineer / Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) environments.
• Prepare technical documentation – HLD, LLD, SOPs, BOMs, and assessment reports.
• Manage migration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and DR/BCP readiness.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 and UCC technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project and client teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Expertise in Active Directory, PKI, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, DR/BCP, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
