Production Operator – Pellets (Pharma Industry)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm (preferred).
Location: Wada, Maharashtra
Experience: 2–4 years (Pharma Industry – Formulation)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pellets Operator to join our Production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating pellet manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and smooth execution of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Manufacturing Lines

• Operate and monitor Glatt machines in the Pellets department.
• Check and control all process parameters during manufacturing.
• Ensure proper documentation as per regulatory requirements (WHO, EU-GMP, Turkey).
• Maintain safety of equipment and team members.
• Perform cleaning of equipment and area as per cleaning SOPs after process completion.

Online Documentation

• Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Update machine daily log records, equipment status labels, and cleaning labels.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Engineering for machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Work with QA/QC for in-process checks and material approvals.
• Ensure calibration and qualification status of equipment.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in operating and monitoring:

• Fluid Bed Processor (Glatt 60, 120)
• Extruder Cum Spheronizer
• Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
