Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Node JS Developer role located in Navi Mumbai. As a Senior Node JS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. Your day-to-day tasks will include front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and resolving performance issues, implementing new features, and ensuring the scalability and security of applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

1-Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/ES6+

2. Expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle (schema design, optimization, complex queries, indexing)

3. Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services

4. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

5. Proficient in database performance tuning and query optimization

6. Hands-on experience with error handling, logging, and debugging in Node.js

7- Knowledge of API security practices (JWT, OAuth, data validation, encryption)

8- Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

9- understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles

10- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions

11- Experience in system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems concepts

12- Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize complex backend workflows under high-load scenarios

• 13- Proficiency in Git with collaborative branching and release strategies.
