Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and driven Assistant Architect to join our architectural practice in Bangalore . The role is ideal for professionals with at least 2-3 years of experience in the design and execution of independent residences, villas (contemporary and classical styles), commercial, and retail projects . Proficiency in interior design will be considered a strong advantage, as the role may involve supporting interior architecture and detailing in parallel with core architectural responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conceptualization, design development, and preparation of working drawings for residential (villas and independent homes), commercial, and retail projects. Develop 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit , and visualization software such as Photoshop, Lumion, or V-Ray. Translate client briefs into architectural and spatial design solutions, particularly for classical and contemporary residential styles . Prepare and support design presentations, municipal submission drawings, construction documents, and tender packages. Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) and coordinate their inputs into the architectural design. Conduct site visits for inspection, coordination, and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. Support in the preparation of interior layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and joinery details when needed. Engage in communication with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout all project stages. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in architectural projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing villas, independent homes, commercial spaces, and retail environments .
