Please share your updated profile to sugantha.krishnan@acldigital.com Job Description: Senior Network Security Engineer Location: Chennai (P), Bengaluru or Pune Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer with deep hands-on experience in managing and securing enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, and VPN technologies, along with a solid understanding of routing, switching, and network security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage secure network solutions using Fortinet (including FortiCloud), Cisco Firepower, and Palo Alto platforms. Configure and maintain IPSec and Site-to-Site VPNs across diverse environments. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues across firewalls, routers, and cloud platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations. Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations and procedures. Stay current with emerging threats and security best practices. Upgrade firmware for Fortinet (including FortiCloud), Cisco Firepower, Cisco Routers, and Palo Alto devices, CLI, GUI and with upgrade tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in network security and infrastructure. Strong expertise in: - Fortinet, including FortiCloud - Cisco Firepower and Cisco Routers - Palo Alto Networks - IPSec VPNs and Site-to-Site VPNs Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies. Good knowledge of TCP/UDP protocols and general network security principles. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA or CCNP Security, or Palo Alto PCNSE. Experience with cloud networking and security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus
