As a Senior Network Security Engineer at mispa Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure operation of infrastructure for our international clients. By leveraging your expertise in network security technologies, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network infrastructures. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensure infrastructure operations in compliance with SLAs, identify and implement solutions to security incidents, and make proactive recommendations using tools and standards. - Lead problem management, analyze infrastructure regularly, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks during implementation. - Design and integrate IT solutions based on service design specifications, ensuring continuous documentation and revision of services. - Contribute to the technological development of the mispa Security Operations Center Services. - Implement and operate IT security technologies, providing internal support for complex IT security problems within the customer environment. Your qualifications for this role include: - Strong experience in Firewall Management, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of FortiGate, and Cisco Firepower/ASA firewalls. - Proficiency in Centralized Management tools such as Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer, and Cisco FMC. - Expertise in Security Policy Implementation, Network Security Architecture, Upgrades & Patch Management, VPN & Remote Access configuration, Integration & Automation, Incident Response, Documentation & Reporting, and Compliance & Audits. - Minimum 5 years of work experience in network and security technologies, along with a bachelor's degree in technology or Computer Science and relevant certifications. - Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, structured approach, and strong communication skills.
