Experience Required:

• 8+ years of total experience in Routing & Switching (R&S)
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Meraki Wireless (mandatory)
• Strong Level 3 support experience in Routing & Switching and Meraki Wireless

Key Skills & Technologies:

• Mandatory: Routing & Switching (L3), Meraki Wireless (L3/L2 Support)
• LAN/WAN Networking, VLANs, QoS, CoS
• Load Balancers (F5 LTM, APM, GTM, VCMP, iRules)
• IPAM, Packet Analyzer, Netscout, Riverbed WAN Optimizer
• Security: Access Control Lists (ACLs), Firewalls (Checkpoint)
• Troubleshooting high-availability Data Center LAN networks
• Hands-on with Cisco Devices: Nexus, Catalyst, 3750X, 6880, 93240, etc.
• Experience with SSL Certificates hosting on F5 platforms
• Knowledge of H3C, Alcatel Lucent DWDM
• Scripting knowledge (basic iRules)
• ITIL V3 Foundation (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for complex Routing & Switching and Meraki Wireless issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain core LAN connectivity supporting servers, applications, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS/CoS, multicast, and VoIP.
• Manage and configure load balancers (F5 LTM, APM, GTM, VCMP) including upgrades, SSL, and health monitoring.
• Support large-scale data center LAN environments with high-availability infrastructure.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of implementation issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing protocols, switching, and application-related problems across geographically dispersed networks.
• Configure and optimize virtual LANs, trunk protocols, and network switches.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for L2/L1 teams.
