Senior NetSuite Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior NetSuite Developer at the company, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing custom NetSuite solutions to cater to the dynamic requirements of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and implementing custom NetSuite solutions, which involve scripts, workflows, integrations, and customizations. - Identifying opportunities to optimize and automate financial operations utilizing system capabilities. - Troubleshooting and resolving system or integration issues through collaboration with cross-functional team members. - Performing system upgrades and retaining NetSuite customizations during upgrades. - Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for all NetSuite configurations, workflows, and integrations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure successful project delivery. - Keeping abreast of the latest NetSuite features and best practices. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Following NetSuite best practices and security standards. - Participating in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of system integration and deployment projects for timely and effective completion. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations. - Strong grasp of NetSuite ERP functionality encompassing Financials, Order Management, and Customer Relationship Management. - Profound knowledge of ERP platforms, workflow automation tools, and integrations; proficiency in data query tools like SQL is advantageous. - Thorough understanding of financial practices and principles, with practical experience in reporting and data analysis. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work efficiently across teams and explain technical details to non-technical audiences. - Preferably NetSuite Certified Developer or equivalent certification. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
