About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled Senior .NET Developer or Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad (WFO). The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in .NET development, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on ownership of projects, lead a team, and collaborate directly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
-Full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework-Frontend expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React Work with SQL Server, REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices-Lead and manage the development team, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely project delivery-Optimize application performance and ensure best coding practices-Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and clients for requirement athering and delivery-Follow Agile/Scrum processes and maintain documentation-Work with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and use Git for version control

Must-Have Skills:
-5–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development-Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring-Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities-Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently

Preferred Candidates:
-Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad-Open to Work from Office (WFO) only
