Senior .NET MVC Developer (MS SQL Backend)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior .NET MVC Developer with strong backend expertise in MS SQL Server to build, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level web applications. The role requires hands-on development, performance optimization, and collaboration with frontend, QA, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code
• Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, queries, views, and stored procedures
• Work on API integration and backend services
• Analyze and improve application performance and database efficiency
• Collaborate with frontend developers, testers, and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Mentor junior developers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework
• Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Stored Procedures
• Indexing
• Query optimization
• Database design
• Experience with REST APIs
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Good to Have

• Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper
• Basic exposure to JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX
• Experience in performance tuning and large databases
• Prior experience in enterprise or product-based environments

Work Location

• Mumbai (preferred local candidates)
• Onsite or Hybrid model (based on discussion)

Compensation

• Best in industry
• Based on experience and skill level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
