Senior Mulesoft Developer

Location: Hyderabad

• Develop and maintain new integrations alongside existing MuleSoft applications.
• Provide

  Level 2 (L2)

  Level 3 (L3)

  production support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in real-time across environments.
• Perform

  root cause analysis

  and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Deliver

  minor enhancements

  bug fixes

  as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on experience with

• Proficient in

  .
• Hands-on experience with:

• MUnit test cases

  development and execution.

• Batch job processing

  pagination scenarios

  .

• Load balancer (DLB) mappings and routings

  .

• Building complex Mule flows

  using Scopes, Error Handling strategies, Message Filters, and Routers.

• Integration with various data sources

  like Message Queues, Exchanges, Schedulers, HTTP, and Cloud Databases.
• Strong understanding of

  REST

  and

  SOAP Web Services

  .
• Experience in

  production support environments

  , ideally within managed services.
• Familiarity with

  project management methodologies

  and ticketing tools such as

  Jira

  and

  ServiceNow

  .
• Experience in applying

  security to Mule APIs

  deployed on CloudHub using

  OAuth 1.0 and 2.0

  .
• Awareness of

  Splunk

  for log analysis and

  dashboard integration

• Understanding of

  memory consumption
