Job Title: Senior MIS Data Analyst Location: Santacruz(West) Mumbai Reports To: Manager/HOD Experience Required: 3-9 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior MIS Data Analyst to lead the design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems and dashboards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop, automate, and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track business performance. Design and maintain dashboards for various stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, visualization clarity, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights. Perform root cause analysis of business issues using data-driven techniques. Develop KPIs and scorecards to monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency. Ensure data governance, standardization, and documentation of reporting processes. Lead initiatives to streamline reporting, reduce manual efforts, and improve data quality. Train and mentor junior analysts or report users as required. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in related field. Proven experience (3-9 years) in MIS reporting, business analysis, or data analytics roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally Salesforce tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to automation tools. Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting models, or statistical analysis is a plus.
