We are seeking a highly capable Sr. MIS Analyst with 510 years of experience in MIS reporng, operaonal analy¢cs, and performance insights. This role is vital for enabling performance visibility across global opera¢ons, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insights across AR, Billing, WIP, Revenue, DSO, Produc¢vity, and other KPIs. You will design scalable repor¢ng solu¢ons, automate workows, and work closely with Opera¢ons Leadership, Finance, and PI/Transforma¢on teams in an Agile, fast-paced environment. Exper¢se in advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and nancial/opera¢onal processes is essen¢al. Key Responsibili¢es 1. Repor¢ng & Analy¢cs ¢ ¢ ¢ Develop and maintain recurring MIS reports and dashboards across AR, WIP, Billing, Produc¢vity, Revenue, and DSO. Build interac¢ve dashboards using Excel and enhance exis¢ng trackers for accuracy and eciency. Ensure high accuracy and ¢mely delivery of recurring reports and performance scorecards. 2. Data Quality & Governance ¢ ¢ Manage data valida¢on, audit checks, and end-to-end reconcilia¢ons across mul¢ple systems. Inves¢gate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement correc¢ve controls. 3. Automa¢on & Process Op¢miza¢on ¢ ¢ ¢ Automate reports using VBA, Power Query, Power BI, and workow improvements. Standardize KPIs, repor¢ng formats, and SOPs for recurring deliverables. Support migra¢on of reports to Power BI and Spotlight (Planful). 4. Insights & Performance Monitoring ¢ ¢ ¢ Analyze por¢olio, BU, and country-level performance trends in DSO, AR aging, cash ow, revenue, and opera¢ons. Provide ac¢onable insights to improve billing, collec¢ons, WIP reduc¢on, and process eciency. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and performance commentary. 5. Cross-Func¢onal Collabora¢on ¢ Partner with Opera¢ons, PI/Transforma¢on, Finance, and Country Leadership teams to understand evolving repor¢ng needs. ¢ ¢ Support leadership with ad-hoc analy¢cs, forecas¢ng, and decision dashboards. Represent the MIS/Ops Metrics func¢on in discussions on performance visibility and KPI improvements.
Key Requirements Educa¢on ¢ Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Sta¢s¢cs, or related eld. Experience ¢ ¢ 510 years of experience in MIS repor¢ng and analy¢cs. Experience in insurance, nancial opera¢ons, or shared services preferred. Technical Skills ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, Macros, data modelling. Power BI: Data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, refresh scheduling. SQL: Querying, data extrac¢on, and op¢miza¢on. Exposure to ERP, Rubix, Finance systems, or workow tools is a plus. Domain Knowledge ¢ Strong understanding of: o o o o o Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing & Cash Applica¢ons Collec¢ons WIP & Revenue recogni¢on DSO, Aging, Forecas¢ng, and KPI frameworks So¢ Skills ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong analy¢cal and problem-solving abili¢es. Excellent communica¢on and presenta¢on skills for stakeholder interac¢ons. High ownership, a¢en¢on to detail, and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to priori¢ze and deliver under ¢ght ¢melines. Desired Skills ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience with automa¢on, Power BI migra¢ons, or workow improvements. Knowledge of insurance opera¢ons or nancial services KPIs. Understanding of visualiza¢on best prac¢ces, storytelling with data, and process mapping.
