Senior Microsoft Solution Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Solutions Sales Specialist with 8–10 years of proven success selling Microsoft products and services, including Security, Modern Work, Collaboration, Data & AI, and Copilot. This is a flexible, part-time role (3–4 hours per day) ideal for a seasoned professional who can own customer conversations, drive pipeline, and support our growth in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage mid-market and enterprise clients to position Microsoft solutions across Security, Modern Work, Collaboration, Data & AI, and Copilot.
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, existing account management, and partner relationships.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and Microsoft channel contacts to drive deal progression and close opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft’s roadmap, licensing, and incentive programs.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of direct sales experience with Microsoft products and cloud solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Security, Modern Work, Teams, M365, Copilot, and Data & AI offerings.
• Strong hunter mentality with a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours (3–4 hours/day).
