Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta/Google Ads Specialist based in Pune. The Meta/Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Daily tasks will include conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad copy and targeting strategies, and staying current with industry trends. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business goals and provide detailed reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Meta and Google ads platforms
• Proficiency in keyword research, campaign management, and performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in e-commerce marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
