Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Kochi. This is a hybrid role that allows the flexibility of working from home combined with periodic in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA testers to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components efficiently.
• Work with databases, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries/services.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack web development with MERN.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ES6+ standards.
• Strong experience in:
• React.js with hooks and functional components.
• Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker or container-based deployments.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
