Senior MERN Stack Developer

As a Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and developing project architecture for robust and scalable web applications. You will lead technical teams, assign tasks to junior developers, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js will be crucial in managing end-to-end development and deployment processes. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments, as well as ensuring coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices. Your strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture will be essential in developing scalable applications. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI is required, and knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
