Senior MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 8–10 years
Location: BLR, HYD, Pune
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications. You will lead end-to-end development, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced, scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
Develop RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate with external systems.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
Guide and mentor junior developers; champion best coding practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack.
Stay updated on emerging trends in JavaScript, cloud platforms, and microservices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience with Redux, Next.js, or similar frameworks is a plus.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSocket's.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
