About the Role:

Senior MERN Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop

  robust and scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

• Build highly responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces

  using React.js and modern UI best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain

  efficient server-side logic and

  RESTful APIs

  using Node.js and Express.js.

• Manage, optimize, and maintain

  high-performing database operations with scalable schema design in MongoDB.

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  with UI/UX teams, product managers, and developers to define requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver quality solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews

  and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve

  technical issues, including bugs and performance bottlenecks, to enhance application performance and stability.

• Stay updated

  with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and development processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

  , or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  working with the MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong expertise in core web technologies:

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Proven experience with

  or other modern state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of

  RESTful API

  design, integration, and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement
