Senior Merchandiser

Sapphire Fashion is a leading garment export house specializing in men’s, women’s, and kidswear. We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Merchandiser with strong kidswear experience in exports to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising for kidswear export orders.
• Handle product development, costing, sampling, approvals, and bulk production follow-ups.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor T&A, ensure quality standards, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Lead and mentor junior merchandisers to achieve team targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on kidswear exports.
• Strong knowledge of international buyers’ requirements and compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple buyers/accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising tools.
