Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Product Development (PD) and Merchandising process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality garments that align with brand and buyer expectations.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and buyers, maintaining strong, professional, and proactive communication to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
• Leverage market insights and buyer feedback to guide product development and positioning.
• Resolve issues and challenges efficiently with a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and impactful communication with all stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and international buyersto ensure alignment and transparency throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
• 7-12 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a highly organized work environment.
• Demonstrated ability in team development and leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Preferably a resident of Faridabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
