Experience Required: 2+ Years in garment manufacturing

• Manage end-to-end communication with buyers, ensuring clarity on quality standards, timelines, and order expectations.
• Handle all incoming orders by reviewing tech packs, BOM, timelines, and creating internal order files.
• Coordinate with production units and factories, sharing complete order requirements and follow-ups.
• Track sampling, trims, fabric, approvals, and dispatches to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress daily, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in coordination with quality and planning teams.
• Ensure all deliveries meet agreed timelines, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation including cost sheets, order status reports, and approval records.
• Generate regular internal and buyer reports to keep all stakeholders updated.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to uphold buyer quality standards and compliance norms.
• Candidate must have strong knowledge of garment manufacturing (cutting to packing), good communication in English, and be proficient in Excel, email, and basic tech pack handling.

Education: Graduate preferred (Textile/Apparel/Fashion/Merchandising/Commerce) or 12th pass from English medium.
