Senior Merchandiser & Manager Merchandising Leather Accessories

You are invited to apply for the position of Senior Merchandiser & Manager Merchandising Leather Accessories for an Export House in Chennai. As a Manager Merchandising, you can expect a salary of up to Rs. 14.00 LPA, while as a Senior Merchandiser, the salary can go up to Rs. 9.00 LPA. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for costing and negotiation of prices with brands. - Releasing manual order booking/forecast received from brands. - Working on WFX cost sheet and updating/releasing bom to scm within the given timeframe. - Checking stock materials quantity and quality with stores/scm teams before making adjustments. - Providing material swatches to scm team and checking and giving approval/comments on Pre-production and bulk lots. - Ordering and following up on nominated leather, trims, packaging materials across brands. - Ensuring on track of PP/Sealer/Testing samples. - Staying informed about Business Strategies, Periodic Business Goals, and comparing business volumes current and projections. - Consulting with PD/Sourcing Team to ensure the right materials procurement as per the approved Swatch/Trim cards/references provided within the Drop deadline date. - Acting as a consultant to PD/Sample Room for the list of Sample Requests/All the Proto samples rounds until the Brand freezes on the Finalized Product Grid.
