We are seeking a detail-oriented and trend-savvy Fashion Merchandiser to manage product assortments, analyze sales data, forecast trends, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, excellent analytical skills, and experience in retail buying or merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and market data to forecast future fashion trends and consumer needs.
Develop seasonal merchandising plans aligned with the brand’s identity and sales targets.
Collaborate with buyers, designers, and marketing teams to curate and plan product assortments.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to optimize stock turnover.
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to keep assortments relevant and on-trend.
Create and maintain merchandising reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
Assist in the visual merchandising strategy, ensuring products are displayed for maximum appeal.
