Senior Merchandiser

In this role at All Time Plastics Limited in Mumbai, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction: - Initiate, lead, and follow up with internal stakeholders for new projects, quotations, and processes. - Introduce new products to clients and convert new inquiries into clients by providing quotations, price lists, samples, etc. - Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure the execution of orders. - Collaborate with the Exim team for freight negotiation, export execution, pre-shipment inspection, customs clearance, and delivery coordination. - Implement and update marketing strategies, as well as provide market insights on product trends to retailers. - Update clients on order developments and resolve any queries or problems related to order execution and after-sales quality issues. - Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS sales reports for the team and share them with the Head of Department for review. - Work on ISO-related documents for the team and present them for internal and external audit purposes. - Utilize Business Intelligence Tools for generating management reports and conducting analysis. - Prepare, update, and analyze various types of reports such as MIS, pending order tracker, sales target achievements, outstanding orders, and KRA. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation/MBA in any discipline from a recognized university. - 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
