Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandise Manager, located in Godhra, Gujarat. The Senior Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process, managing inventory, and developing strategies to optimize assortments. The role includes coordinating with the sales and production teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Inventory Management
• Ability to develop and manage Assortment strategies
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
