Senior Media Planning Manager

As a Senior Media Planning Manager, your role will involve managing end-to-end brand campaigns. This includes mapping Brand KPIs, devising media strategies, overseeing implementation and optimizations, and conducting performance reviews. A deep understanding of digital media planning principles across platforms like OLVs, Social Media, and Ad Networks is crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently manage the planning and optimization of digital media campaigns to achieve campaign KPIs. - Tailor media strategies based on business and campaign objectives by understanding marketing funnels. - Utilize knowledge of B2C publishers in India to drive brand-led campaigns effectively. - Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present clear recommendations through reports and presentations. - Conduct audience and platform research using 1st party and 3rd party data sources. - Propose campaign experiments and innovations, prioritizing relevant ones. - Develop accurate forecasts, media plans, and essential media planning documentation. - Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of experience in digital media planning with a focus on brand marketing. - Familiarity with B2C platforms and media research tools. - Proficiency in video, display, social campaigns, and programmatic media buying. - Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, collaborate in a team, and think creatively. - Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent reasoning skills.
