In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media s shared core values: Balancing People and Client Experiences Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital media planning, campaign management, or related digital marketing roles. Familiarity with key digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.). Basic knowledge of media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) would be good to have. Strong attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in the digital media space.
