About the Role-

Senior Copywriter

This is a creative-meets-strategic role where you will collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and brand teams to craft copy that doesn't just look good — it drives results.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop

  persuasive, high-converting copy

  for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
• Craft engaging copy variations optimized for

  A/B testing, CTR, CPC, ROAS

  , and other performance metrics.
• Translate campaign objectives into

  crisp, compelling headlines

  , CTAs, and ad narratives.
• Collaborate with

  performance marketing, design, and brand teams

  to develop cohesive campaign messaging across platforms.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on platform-specific guidelines and audience insights.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, platform policies, and

  ad copy best practices

  to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Lead or contribute to

  creative brainstorming and performance reviews

  to optimize and improve ongoing campaigns.
• Review and guide junior writers, ensuring high standards and consistency in output.

Requirements-

• 4–6 years of copywriting experience with a strong focus on

  performance marketing

  or paid media.
• Solid understanding of

  digital advertising platforms

  , especially Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Proven track record of writing for

  results-driven campaigns

• Strong grasp of

  ad performance metrics

  and how copy impacts campaign outcomes.
• Ability to simplify complex product offerings into
