As a Media Analyst- Search Arbitrage at Adsparkx, your role is to develop, execute, and optimize high-performance Facebook ad campaigns to drive profitable traffic to search arbitrage websites. By leveraging audience targeting, creative ad strategies, and data-driven decision-making, you will aim to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while ensuring consistent traffic growth and cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns for search arbitrage, optimizing ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for improved click-through rates (CTR) and engagement. - Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) using Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools to make data-driven adjustments. - Strategically manage budgets to achieve high ROAS, reducing CPC while maintaining traffic volume and quality. - Identify high-value target audiences through audience research and segmentation, testing and refining audience segments based on performance. - Run A/B tests with different ad creative, placements, and targeting strategies, implementing insights to refine campaigns for better outcomes. - Stay updated with the latest Facebook ad trends and search arbitrage practices, analyzing competitor strategies to identify opportunities. **Requirements And Skills:** **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager for setting up, managing, and analyzing campaigns. - Ability to implement and troubleshoot the Facebook Pixel for tracking conversions and retargeting. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and third-party ad optimization platforms. - Understanding of Facebook's placement options and how to use them effectively. **Analytical Skills:** - Ability to interpret metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates to optimize performance. - Experience running tests for ad creatives, audiences, and placements to determine the best strategies. - Consistent tracking of KPIs and actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes. **Creative Skills:** - Crafting compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives action. - Basic design skills or experience working with design tools to create ad visuals. - Understanding of short-form video content creation for ads. - Creating content that aligns with the users" journey and intent. **Strategic Skills:** - Ability to define, segment, and target audiences using advanced targeting features. - Experience in setting up retargeting campaigns for lapsed or high-intent users. - Researching competitors" ad strategies to identify gaps and opportunities. - Staying updated on Facebook ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.,
