Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Design & Optimization

   : Lead the design, analysis, optimization, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and company requirements.

2. Project Management

   : Oversee and coordinate the execution of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

3. Technical Mentorship

   : Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers, helping elevate the overall technical expertise of the team.

4. Client Interaction

   : Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical recommendations, and participate in product customization and solution discussions.

5. Quality Control

   : Ensure products and systems meet quality standards, conduct product reviews, and perform failure analysis.

6. Continuous Improvement

   : Identify and implement process optimization and technical improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Educational Requirements

   : A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

2. Experience

   : Minimum of

   5-10 years

   of relevant mechanical engineering experience with a strong background in project management and the ability to solve complex technical challenges independently.

3. Skills

   :

• Proficient in mechanical design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, material selection, mechanical analysis, and testing methods.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors effectively.

   : Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.

2. Additional Preferences

   : Experience in

   industries will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Location
