Mechanical detailed design preparation & finalization, in coordination with consultant Report preparation, client interactions for technical discussions. Ensure spares planning & control as per budgeted norms. Track progress against plan for time & cost, take corrective actions where required Project Documentation - Preparation of Project Reports, tender preparation for equipment and services Handling maintenance activities for Distilleries equipment Coordinates with procurement, design & other stake holders for seamless implementation of the project. Coordinating with site team for execution and review of project schedule. To Fill the Spare indent in SAP and Follow up with purchase Department for timely arrangement of spares. Timely completion of all maintenance actives of all equipments with in target norms for spares consumption and labor. Ensure timely updating of all preventive maintenance check lists and history cards. Ensuring timely processing of Bills and release payment to the vendor. Preparation of shift schedules of maintenance Engineers and fitters. Planning for maintenance with details of activities, manpower and spare planning with minimum time frame and within given budget Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs. To maintain the spares in the engineering stores and ensure availability of critical spares whenever desired. To fill the material requisition and get the required materials from engineering store for the maintenance.
