Position: Senior Marketing Manager – Field Industry: Education  Location: Hyderabad Role Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading field marketing operations, managing a large team of executives, executing outreach activities, and building strong relationships with coaching centers, schools, and educational partners. The role requires strong leadership, field execution experience, and a deep understanding of the education/coaching industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support a team of field marketing executives. Conduct regular field visits to review execution quality and ensure lead flow. Plan and implement territory-wise marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. Drive BTL activities, seminars, workshops, and student outreach programs. Build and maintain relationships with center heads, school principals, and education partners. Monitor market trends, collect competitor insights, and recommend improvements. Train, motivate, and guide marketing executives for better field productivity. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, marketing activity updates, and performance summaries. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–10+ years of field marketing experience (education industry ). Proven experience in managing large teams.
