We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a focus on B2B Sales to lead our marketing efforts in targeting corporate clients and expanding our enterprise customer base. This role requires strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, nurture client relationships, and support the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth within enterprise markets. Identify and profile potential business clients through market research, industry analysis, and networking. Collaborate closely with the sales team to create aligned marketing and sales campaigns. Manage and optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, PPC) to reach decision-makers and influencers in target industries. Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote Bees Software Solutions offerings. Create tailored marketing materials (whitepapers, case studies, presentations) that address the specific needs of business clients. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers. Mentor junior marketing staff on B2B marketing best practices and sales enablement techniques. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably within the software or IT services sector. Proven experience in generating and nurturing B2B sales leads. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing tactics. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into effective marketing strategies. Self-motivated with strong project management skills.
