As a Senior Marketing Executive with over 4 years of experience in Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's brand, devising impactful campaigns, and leading marketing initiatives that fuse traditional methods with innovative digital strategies. Working in close collaboration with a dynamic team within the fast-paced realm of Branding and Advertising, you will have the opportunity to think strategically, unleash your creativity, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to drive sales and business expansion, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing branding and campaign management, crafting and implementing marketing plans across digital and offline platforms, fostering and nurturing relationships with the public and clients, overseeing the brand's social media presence and staying abreast of online trends, managing content and performance across various channels such as social media, website, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, designing ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns aligned with business objectives, monitoring marketing KPIs and delivering reports on campaign performance, enhancing the company website to optimize user experience, refining brand identity and product messaging, and maintaining clear communication with external stakeholders and internal teams. In addition, you will collaborate closely with creative, sales, and project teams to drive successful outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA or PG degree in Marketing, possess at least 4 years of experience in Marketing roles, ideally with exposure to branding, retail, advertising, or BTL/VM, demonstrate proficiency in tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc., exhibit strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills, and showcase a creative mindset coupled with a penchant for detail-oriented work.
