Job Description

The responsibilities for this position include meeting with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to promote Pre Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. You will be required to understand project requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals accordingly. Negotiating and closing orders while ensuring customer satisfaction will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with design, engineering, and project execution teams for timely delivery. It will also be important to monitor market trends, competition, and pricing in order to develop effective sales strategies. Generating regular reports on sales performance and forecasting will also be expected. The preferred attributes for this position include having an existing client network in infrastructure, warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused is essential. The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is also desired. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
