Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align strategies with business goals. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Digital Marketing & Content: Manage digital channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising. Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns. Maintain and update marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. Lead Generation & Conversion: Execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns and nurture programs. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize conversion strategies and funnel performance. Event & Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners as needed. Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
