Senior Marketing Assistant

To support and execute marketing initiatives for solar rooftop solutions, assisting in lead generation, branding, digital marketing campaigns, and coordination between sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients for solar rooftop installations.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Coordinate for marketing collaterals like brochures, presentations, banners, and videos.
• Support email campaigns, SMS marketing, and WhatsApp business outreach.
• Coordinate SEO/SEM activities with the digital agency.
• Help design and update website content focused on rooftop solar products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and lead outcomes.
• Support customer engagement activities like webinars, exhibitions, and on-site promotions.
• Respond to basic client queries and share brochures/product information.
• Schedule meetings for sales representatives and follow up for feedback.
• Support documentation and proposal formatting as needed.
• Track campaign KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates, inquiries).
• Submit weekly reports to the Marketing Manager.

Pay: ₹18,635.23 - ₹46,798.83 per month
