Job Title: Senior HR Executive (Firest Prefence to Male Candidate) Location: Ahemdabad Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager / HR Head Experience Required: 4-7 years in core HR functions Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, including payroll processing , recruitment of both blue- and white-collar employees , expense management , employee engagement & event management , and ensuring statutory compliance . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in HR operations, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Processing Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees (white and blue-collar). Maintain payroll records, attendance, leaves, and overtime details. Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries. Ensure compliance with taxation and other payroll deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). 2. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. Liaise with manpower agencies and vendors for blue-collar hiring. Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure timely onboarding. Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment trackers. 3. Expense Management Process employee reimbursements and travel expenses. Verify bills, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with finance for disbursal. Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews. 4. Event & Employee Engagement Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, festive celebrations, team-building events, etc. Coordinate logistics and communication for all HR-led events and training sessions. 5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure timely adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). Liaise with government departments, auditors, and labor consultants for inspections and filings. Maintain proper documentation for HR audits and compliance checks. 6. General HR Operations Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR leadership. Assist in policy development, implementation, and employee communication. Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. 4–7 years of experience in a similar HR role, including blue-collar workforce management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with HR software (HRMS), Excel, and payroll systems. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
