Job Description

As a Senior Managing Consultant in Marketing Services at Mastercard, you will be responsible for leading the strategy development and implementation of marketing campaigns and engagements for regional and global clients. You will utilize customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across various channels, evaluating campaign results and optimizing marketing performance. Your role will involve leading complex client engagements across different industries and problem statements, building and executing marketing strategies, and campaigns while working closely with technology and data. You will be expected to own senior client relationships, from mid-level to C-suite, serving as a trusted business advisor and generating enthusiasm for Mastercard team and recommendations. In terms of team collaboration and culture, you will guide the team through complex problem-solving to provide business-focused solutions that drive client value. Motivating the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables and creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for building relationships with internal stakeholders, scoping projects, creating solutions for clients, and contributing to the firm's intellectual capital. To qualify for this role, you should have an undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects, focusing on various fields such as marketing content, digital marketing, ad-tech, and mar-tech ecosystems, among others. Experience in coaching and leading teams, vendor and client relationships, understanding business KPIs, and identifying new business development opportunities are required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable), is essential. Preferred qualifications include additional marketing experience in areas like agency environment, search engine optimization, video making, data visualization tools, and supply chain management. Experience in leading delivery of complex solutions, industry expertise, and an MBA or master's degree in marketing or digital is a plus. As a representative of Mastercard, you will be responsible for upholding corporate security measures, ensuring information security, and adhering to security policies and practices. Your commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting any security violations, and completing mandatory security trainings is crucial to the organization's security responsibilities.,
