As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales volume and market share by enhancing customer engagement in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for leading the dealer sales team in the specified territory for a particular product line, ensuring growth in volume sales and market share. Your primary focus will be on achieving these objectives within the company's policies and code of conduct. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, you should have 4-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in sectors such as automobiles, two-wheelers, commercial & passenger ancillaries, heavy engineering, or other related industries.
